Our Engineering & Production
Air-Way operates a fully integrated manufacturing complex spanning over 50,000 square meters at our facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Positioned in one of the region's leading industrial hubs, our facility is built from the ground up to support high-volume, precision air distribution and ducting production — combining advanced sheet-metal machinery, automated quality inspection, and lean manufacturing practices all under one roof. Every aspect of the plant's design prioritizes efficiency, safety, and the consistent delivery of certified air distribution products to the GCC and wider international markets.
From GI duct fabrication and fire-rated ductwork through to finished diffusers, grilles, dampers, and louvers, every stage of the production process takes place within our vertically integrated facility. This gives us complete control over product quality, delivery timelines, and production flexibility. Supported by dedicated engineering teams, a fully equipped testing laboratory, and continuous improvement programs, Air-Way's manufacturing facility stands at the forefront of air distribution technology in the region — enabling us to meet the most demanding customer specifications with confidence and consistency.
Facility 01
GI Duct Fabrication
Our ductwork production lines are equipped with state-of-the-art coil lines, auto-formers, and seam-folding machinery capable of producing a full range of GI rectangular and spiral ducts fabricated to SMACNA standards. Each line is monitored in real time for dimensional accuracy, seam integrity, and surface quality, ensuring that every duct leaving our facility meets exacting consultant and contractor specifications across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure HVAC applications.

Facility 02
Fire-Rated Duct & Damper Fabrication
Air-Way's fire-rated fabrication division produces a comprehensive range of fire-rated GI/MS ducts and dampers that are UL-listed and UAE Civil Defence-approved. Our forming, welding, and assembly lines allow us to manufacture volume control dampers, round VCDs, non-return dampers, pressure relief dampers, fire dampers, and motorized smoke/fire dampers across a wide variety of configurations — from standard sizes through to custom specifications defined by our partners across HVAC and building-services projects.

Facility 03
Testing & Quality Laboratory
At the heart of Air-Way's quality assurance operation is our fully equipped on-site laboratory. Staffed by qualified quality engineers, the laboratory performs hundreds of tests daily across all active production lines. Every product batch is subject to systematic sampling and multi-parameter verification before release, giving customers complete traceability, certified performance reports, and full confidence in the integrity of every delivery from Air-Way.
- Airflow (m³/h) and pressure (Pa) characterisation on calibrated test chambers
- Optical and digital dimensional inspection for diffusers, grilles, and dampers
- Sound power measurement in dB(A) within the acoustic test room
- Air outlet performance verification to ANSI/ASHRAE 70 and ADC, louvers to AMCA 500-L
- Leakage, durability, and finish testing for type approval
Facility 04
Diffuser, Grille & Powder-Coating Line
Air-Way's air outlet and finishing line brings together extruded aluminium and steel components into ready-to-install diffusers, grilles, registers, and louvers for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications. Our inline process fabricates and finishes each product under controlled conditions, ensuring consistent fit, performance, and appearance — reducing on-site installation time and eliminating field variability for consultants and contractors.
- In-line fabrication of square, rectangular, and round ceiling diffusers
- Grilles, registers, door grilles, linear bar grilles, and linear slot diffusers
- Sand trap, exhaust, and fresh air louver assembly certified to AMCA 500-L
- Powder-coating and corrosion-resistant finishing in multiple RAL colours
- Custom configurations to consultant-specified sizes, finishes, and markings
